This mica powder has the purplish red hue of a glass of wine. a somewhat pinkish bordeaux with medium shimmer.
Cosmetic grade; It makes an excellent dramatic eye color and an even better lipstick. This color is beautiful in cold process soap, a nice pink with lilac or violet undertones. This Mica blended into the soap very easily, and produced a nice strong color.
In cold process soap try 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) to colour approx. 1 kg of soap to a medium shade.
The shimmer in micas comes out best in transparent soap like clear melt and pour soap.
