This oil is solid at room temperature but melts on contact with the skin, giving a cooling sensation.  Due to its excellent moisturizing properties it is good for use on dry or inflamed skin, leaving it smooth and silky.  Also good on oily skin as it coats the skin without leaving it greasy.

The oil is extracted by hand from  the fruit of a palm native to Brazil.
