Geraniol is a monoterpenes found in essential oils of fruit and herbs.  It has a sweet, mildly floral aroma, Our Geraniol Oil is natural and produced from Citronella.  Geraniiol does however not smell like citronella, it has more of a rose scent similar to rose geranium.

Geraniol is a naturally occurring fragrance compound found in oil-of-rose, citronella oil, and in the essential oils of geranium and lemon.

Geraniol is often used as a fragrance ingredient in body care products.  It has also been found to repell mosquitos.
